Selection Process

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) in the qualifying examination, with no backlogs.
2. Preference will be given to students who are not receiving financial assistance from the government or other NGOs.
3. Students who possess a consistent and strong academic record.
4. Students may apply for any stream of study - Science, Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or any other discipline at either the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

Funding Guidelines:
1. Only tuition fees will be considered for reimbursement, subject to the availability of funds.
2. We do not cover tuition fees for students planning to pursue studies abroad.
3. Once a sponsorship decision is approved, the tuition fees will be paid directly to the educational institution through cheque, online banking, or the official college portal.

Application Review Process:
1. Every application received will be carefully scrutinized.
2. Applicants must submit supporting documents, including:
   a) College fee challan
   b) Bank details
   c) Letter from the Principal confirming tuition fees
   d) Mark sheets and other relevant academic records
3. A reference check from Professor(s) may be conducted if required.

Documents Required:
The following documents should be submitted via email to prasadqa0909@yahoo.in:
1) Scanned copy of self-attested mark sheets of all board/university examinations completed to date
2) Scanned copy of student ID card
3) Annual income statement of parent(s)
4) A brief note on family background, including:
   a) Names of parents
   b) Contact number(s)
   c) Occupation(s)
   d) Details of siblings
