Selection Process

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Candidates must have maintained a minimum of 70% marks (or equivalent CGPA) throughout their academic record, from Class 10 through completion of the qualifying degree, and must not have any backlogs.
2. Preference will be given to students who are not receiving financial assistance from the government or other NGOs.
3. Students who possess a consistent and strong academic record.
4. Students may apply for any stream of study - Science, Arts, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or any other discipline at either the undergraduate or postgraduate level.

Funding Guidelines:
1. Only tuition fees will be considered for reimbursement, subject to the availability of funds.
2. We do not cover tuition fees for students planning to pursue studies abroad.
3. Once a sponsorship decision is approved, the tuition fees will be paid directly to the educational institution through cheque, online banking, or the official college portal.

Application Review Process:

1. Every application received will be carefully scrutinized.
2. Applicants must clearly specify the following fee details:
   1. Total tuition fees payable for the current academic year/semester.
   2. Tuition fees already paid, if any.
   3. Outstanding tuition fees yet to be paid.
   4. Amount of financial assistance requested from The Power of One Educational Trust.
3. A reference check with the concerned professor(s) may be conducted, if required.
4. The Power of One Educational Trust reserves the right to verify the submitted documents and determine the amount of assistance, if any, based on the applicant's eligibility and availability of funds.

Documents Required:

1. Scanned copies of self-attested mark sheets for all board/university examinations completed to date.
2. Scanned copy of the student ID card.
3. Annual income statement of parent(s).
4. A brief note on family background, including:
   1. Names of parents
   2. Contact number(s)
   3. Occupation(s) of parent(s)
   4. Details of siblings
5. College fee challan or official fee statement showing the tuition fees payable. If access to the college portal is required to verify the outstanding fees or facilitate payment, the student may be contacted separately to coordinate access securely.
6. Fee payment receipts, if any, and official documentation of the outstanding tuition fees.
7. Bank details of the educational institution.
8. Letter from the Principal confirming the tuition fees payable.
